Tim Cocks
Lead NOI instructor for Australasia
Tim is an experienced clinician and has worked in a variety of settings and roles including private practice, rehabilitation and return to work, and advisory positions with insurers. He has developed an award winning pain education program and is regularly sought after to provide educational sessions to medical and allied health practitioners for organisations seeking to update the way they approach pain. Tim has been involved in the pain research field for the last 5 years and is a currently a senior NOI lecturer teaching courses all throughout Australia.
Assoc Prof Benjamin Boyd
PT, DPTSc, OCS
Ben currently teaches the Musculoskeletal Patient/Client Management and Capstone course series at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California, and is leading a team exploring the influence of breast cancer treatments on the mechanosensitivity of the nervous system as well as alterations in body image and perception. Ben has taught courses on peripheral nervous system anatomy, biomechanics, clinical evaluation and intervention since 2004, achieved certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA in 2008 and joined the NOI US teaching faculty in 2013.
