Permission Request

Noigroup Publications will provide a response within 15 business days expressing consent or denial or may have further questions. Consent constitutes permission to use the material cited above, subject to the following listed below. This permission shall terminate:

1. a) if the conditions of this agreement are not met, or
2. b) if the proposed work is not published within two years of the date hereof or, if published,
3. c) remains out of print for at least six months.

1. No adaptations, deletions or changes will be made to the material without prior written consent of Noigroup Publications.

2. This permission is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the use specified herein. Noigroup Publications expressly reserve all rights in this material.

3. This permission applies, unless otherwise specified, solely to publication in the English language.

4. A credit line must appear wherever an image or material appears. This credit must include the author, title, copyright date and publisher and indicate that the material is reproduced with permission of Noigroup Publications.

5. This permission applies only to the medias specified above. Any extended or further uses will require a new application.

6.Should you desire permission to use material* from a Noigroup Publication that is credited to a person or entity other than Noigroup Publications, you must seek permission directly from the owner of that material, and if you use such material, you agree to indemnify Noigroup Publications against any claim from the owners of that material.

*including but not limited to photographs, charts and other illustrations

7. Noigroup Publications expressly reserve all rights in this material.
